Ten Secular Commandments

Greetings in Jesus name. I’m sorry that I have not written in a while. I have been busy.

Pro 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Solomon touches on an interesting point here in his book of wisdom. And it is from that scripture that I’d like to start my topic tonight. My topic is something that I call “false morality.” It is a system of “do’s” and “dont’s” that the people of the secular world have crafted of their own accord. It is baseless and a false refuge for those who forsake true morality, God’s moral law. So, as an illustration of what I’m talking about I’ll list Ten Secular Commandments held to religiously by the worldly and corrupt:

1. Thou shalt not “force” your religion on others.

The above is an interesting one, and perhaps the most dangerous. When they say “force” the really mean that you don’t have the right to even mention your God’s truth to anyone, much less compel others to follow Christ. You must not vote based on your Biblical convictions… after all, the Bible is wrong and evil in their eyes. And should you be in any official capacity you cannot dare let your convictions influence your decisions. Of course whatever convictions they hold… they vote according to, form political action groups based on, and make official decisions in reverence to. But that’s okay they reason… because their convictions aren’t Biblical.

2. Thou shalt not make anyone feel bad about their sin.

In the name of “tolerance” these secular people forbid and condemn anyone who speaks out against any form of sin or perversion that someone might be caught up in. We must be tolerant, they say meaning that you must accept the sin as good and normal, no matter how evil and abnormal. They off course are not tolerant whatsoever of anyone with Biblical values and seek actively to persecute those that hold to God’s commandments. They are not concerned about people’s feelings… they merely wish to mainstream their perversion.

3. Thou shalt not teach your children right from wrong.

These same secular people have no qualms about telling your children that you are wrong about moral issues, either on TV or in the public schools. Parents, in their eyes are expendable and are often not well versed in their “morality.” Thus they feel that they have a “moral” right to intercede when parents hold arcane ideas about right and wrong.

4. Thou shalt love the world with thy whole heart mind and soul.

This little commandment covers a lot of territory and has much of its roots in the old pagan practices of long destroyed nations. Love the Earth, worship mother nature… animals are our equals and we should treat them better, and humans no better… let thy pleasure be thy god, if it feels good do it… the government is the great source of good in the world… etc… you get the point.

5. Thou shalt accept the views and beliefs of others as being as valid as thy own.

This one is especially hypocritical. They want Christians to accept other religions as equal, because they don’t want anyone to have faith in God. But at the same time, they would never accept a Holy Ghost filled Christian’s view as being as valid as their own… after all, that would offend their “morality.”

6. Cursed be the man that trusteth anything but man.

You may not trust in God. You must flee to the doctor and take whatever drug or remedy he/she prescribes when you are sick. You must not stand up for principles when the majority of people don’t want to. All wisdom and understanding proceed from man in the form of public opinion, medical science, astronomy, evolutionary research, sociology, and whatever else they dream up. This may be the one commandment they take most to heart.

7. Thou shalt not kill… unless it’s an unborn child, a young child that you do not want, someone who cannot feed their self, someone who is old, or anyone else who is somehow deemed “not really a person” for whatever situational ethically correct reason.

This is a scary one. Let there be no mistake, if one person’s life is not valued, no one’s is.

8. Thou shalt lie.

If a person is deemed to be “supporting the cause” of this false morality, no amount of corruption or duplicity is “immoral.” Those who defy this code should be falsely accused, libeled, slandered, and otherwise persecuted for their “immorality.”

9. Thou shalt commit adultery.

How many times have I seen gross articles and advertisements directed primarily at the young glorifying promiscuity and belittling “arcane” concepts such as marriage and fidelity. The “ultimate” moral virtue is to seek pleasure… and to these people, as we have discussed above, what better way to do so than a base usage of other human beings for this cause. And if your stomach can take it…

10. Thou shalt call evil good, and good evil.

Conclusion…

Isa 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Isa 5:21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!
Isa 5:22 Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:
Isa 5:23 Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!
Isa 5:24 Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.
